David Wilson – Owner & Founder

David Wilson, with over 20 years in the construction industry, is the founder of our company. Starting on construction sites, his dedication and expertise propelled him to the top of the field. Outside of work, he’s a passionate dog lover, active in rescue efforts and an avid traveler, drawing inspiration from around the world, with a strong focus on family and community. Erin Wilson – Owner & CFO

Erin Wilson, with over 15 years in the construction industry, began her journey as a mental health counslor, dedicating a decade to helping at-risk youth. That compassion now guides her work in construction as she and David build strong, lasting structures with care. Erin’s love for dogs and rescue work reflects her kindness, while she and David share a passion for travel and family time. As Bay Area admirers, they draw inspiration from the region’s energy, diversity and creativity. At Bulldog, every project reflects their passion, compassion and dedication to exceeding expectations.

Roz Kile, Senior Project Coordinator

Ros Kile, our dedicated Senior Project Coordinator, has over 11 years in new home construction. She’s a natural at bringing teams together, keeping every project organized and on track from start to finish. Roz thrives in the fast-paced world of construction, using her calm steady approach to guide each build. Outside of work, Roz loves exploring the outdoors with her dog Dakota, whether hiking, paddle boarding, or enjoying music festivals. Above all, she’s passionate about turning dreams into reality, making each Bulldog project a true reflection of care and teamwork.

Diana Cortez – Project Coordinator

Diana, our Project Coordinator has over 5 years experience in both residential and commercial projects, she’s a powerhouse of organization and communication. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Diana connects with clients and teams seamlessly. She effortlessly guides each project, keeping everythig on track and organized from start to finish. Outside of work, family is everything to her, and she loves DIY projects and live music. Diana’s upbeat energy and creative spirit bring a special spark to every project she touches.

Barbara Gonzales, Human Recourses/Payroll

With over 25 years of experience in HR and payroll, Barbara has built a reputation for blending strategic leadership with hands-on expertise. Known for her unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, she has consistently delivered results in streamlining processes and ensuring that both employees and clients receive the highest level of care and attention. Whether shaping organizational policies or troubleshooting complex payroll issues, Barbara brings a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and a passion for solving them efficiently.

Outside of work, Barbara is a proud grandmother of four and spends her free time creating lasting memories with her grandchildren. An avid fitness enthusiast, she maintains a rigorous workout routine, hitting the gym seven days a week to stay at her best both physically and mentally.

Robert Tavares, Hardwood Division Manager

Robert Tavares, a construction veteran with 30 years of experience. Known for his keen eye and steady dedication he ensures every project meets the highest standards. Hands-on and detail-oriented he’s a key leader, always ready to support the team wherever needed. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man, and he loves spending time with his family and dogs. He’s also an adventure seeker – enjoying the outdoors – exploring new trails. His passion and steady leadership inspire our team every day, reminding us that true excellence is built with care and a love for the craft.

Rosean “Sean” Porter, Warehouse Manager

Sean is the backbone of our warehouse operations with over 10 years in the industry. As our Warehouse Manager, Sean’s hard work and easygoing nature keep everything running smoothly. His thoughtful organization and helpful attitude create a positive, collaborative work environment. Outside of work, family is his anchor – he loves camping and outdoor adventures, creating lasting memories with his loved ones. Sean’s blend of dedication and warmth makes him a vital part of our team, inspiring us all every day!
